1. Overview / 概述

StraightCamera ("we", "our", or "the App") is dedicated to protecting user privacy. Private reference photos and live viewfinder frames are processed only on your device. They are not uploaded to our servers or sent to any third-party artificial intelligence service.

直男相机（以下简称“我们”）高度重视用户隐私。私人构图参考图与实时取景画面仅在您的设备端处理，不会上传至我们的服务器，也不会发送给任何第三方人工智能服务。

2. Permissions and Local Processing / 权限与本地计算

• Camera (相机): Used strictly for live preview composition alignment, taking photos, and recording Live Photos locally on your device.
• Photo Library (相册): Used to import reference poses and save captured photos to your device. Only selected photos are accessed and stored in the app sandbox.
• Location (地理位置): Used to discover nearby photo spots on the map and attach geo-tags when you actively publish a photo spot. Location data is never tracked in the background.
• Microphone (麦克风): Used solely for capturing ambient audio when Live Photo mode is enabled.

3. Face Data and On-Device Person Segmentation / 面部数据与设备端人物分割

StraightCamera does not collect, create, transmit, sell, or share Face Data. The App does not perform facial recognition, facial identification, face authentication, facial-landmark detection, face-mesh generation, or create facial embeddings, biometric templates, or identity profiles.

Composition guidance and optional local beauty processing use Apple's Vision framework entirely on the device to distinguish a person from the background. This operation creates a temporary person silhouette or segmentation mask; it does not analyze facial geometry or determine anyone's identity.

Private reference photos, viewfinder frames, person masks, and composition outlines remain inside the App's local sandbox and are never sent to StraightCamera servers or third-party AI providers. Temporary live-processing masks are discarded after processing. A saved reference photo, its mask, and its outline remain only until you delete that reference in the App or uninstall the App.

直男相机不收集、不生成、不传输、不出售、也不共享任何面部数据。本应用不进行人脸识别、身份识别、人脸认证、面部关键点检测或人脸网格建模，也不会创建人脸特征向量、生物识别模板或身份档案。

构图引导与可选的本地美化功能仅在设备端使用 Apple Vision 区分人物与背景，产生的是临时人物轮廓或分割蒙版，不分析面部几何特征，也不识别任何人的身份。

私人参考图、取景器画面、人物蒙版和构图轮廓仅保存在应用本地沙盒中，绝不会发送至直男相机服务器或第三方 AI 服务。实时处理产生的临时蒙版在处理后即丢弃；用户保存的参考图、蒙版和轮廓会保留至用户在应用内删除该参考图或卸载应用。

4. User-Initiated Online Features / 用户主动触发的联网功能

Network transmission is limited to the following features that you choose to use:

• Nearby Spot Discovery (附近机位): When location permission is enabled and you use the spot map, coordinates are sent over TLS to calculate nearby results. Raw coordinates are not retained by this lookup endpoint.
• Publishing references and results / 发布样片与成片: Only the photo shown in the publication preview and the details you explicitly submit are uploaded to Cloudflare for review. Location is optional. Results may reference an existing public post only when you choose to include it; private reference images and local Live Photo video are never attached. 仅上传发布预览中的静态照片和您填写的信息；地点可选，私人参考与实况视频不会随成片上传。
• Publishing identity / 发布身份: A random secret credential is saved in this device’s Keychain and sent over TLS to establish ownership; the server stores its hash. Your public author profile and follow relationships are stored on the server. Private library labels, collections and drafts remain local. 当前身份仅用于本机投稿管理，暂不支持跨设备恢复；公开作者资料与关注关系保存在服务端，私人标签、合集及草稿保存在本机。
• Content usage / 内容使用统计: Public content views, saves and shooting starts are counted using a daily one-way network hash to deduplicate actions. Private images are not uploaded for these counts. 公开内容的浏览、收藏和开拍按日去重统计，不上传私人图片作为统计数据。
• Safety and Abuse Prevention (安全防滥用): An app-generated random identifier and a one-way hash of network information may be processed to deduplicate reports and enforce request limits. They are not used for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Third-party AI disclosure: This version does not transmit photos, viewfinder frames, masks, outlines, or Face Data to Google Gemini, OpenAI, Doubao/Volcengine, or any other third-party AI service. Pose and compliment cues included in the App are generated locally from built-in content.

第三方 AI 声明：本版本不会将照片、取景器画面、蒙版、轮廓或面部数据发送给 Google Gemini、OpenAI、豆包/火山引擎或任何其他第三方 AI 服务。应用中的姿势与夸夸提示由本地内置内容生成。

5. Storage, Retention, Sharing, and Deletion / 存储、留存、共享与删除

• Private references: Stored only on your device until you delete the reference or uninstall the App. We cannot access or recover them.
• Nearby lookup coordinates: Used to return the current request and not retained by the lookup endpoint.
• Community submissions: Stored in our Cloudflare-hosted database and object storage, including revision and review records. You can withdraw a publication in My publications to immediately close its public endpoints; withdrawal retains its private originals and review history. This does not remove copies already exported by others. Request permanent deletion using the contact below. To request deletion, email support@straightcamera.com with the spot title and location so we can identify the submission.
• Service provider: Cloudflare provides hosting, storage, delivery, and security services on our behalf. It does not receive Face Data from the App and is not authorized by us to use submitted data for advertising, cross-app tracking, facial recognition, or AI-model training.

私人参考资料仅在设备本地保存至用户删除或卸载应用；附近查询坐标仅用于当次请求且不由查询接口留存；社区投稿与修订审核记录保存在 Cloudflare；可以在“我的发布”撤回，关闭公开入口，但保留审核记录和私人原件，也无法收回他人已导出的副本。永久删除可通过上述邮箱申请。我们不出售个人数据，也不与广告商或数据经纪商共享数据。

6. Your Choices / 您的选择

You may delete local references in the App at any time, revoke Camera, Photos, Location, or Microphone permission in iOS Settings, stop using online features, or request deletion of a community submission by contacting us. No Face Data exists on our servers for us to retain or delete.

您可以随时在应用内删除本地参考图、在 iOS 设置中撤销相机/相册/位置/麦克风权限、停止使用联网功能，或联系我们删除社区投稿。由于我们的服务器从不收集面部数据，因此不存在需要由服务器留存或删除的面部数据。
